BRUGUÉS has obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification

Brugués has obtained the certification of the new standard UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015, the most current version of the international standard on Quality.

The certification has been done by TÜV Rheinland and Brugués has counted on the advice of Certinorm.

This new standard, published in 2015, is still being adopted by many companies, as it includes the most profound revision that the standard has carried out in its more than 25 years of existence.

Among the most significant changes are the definition of the context of the company, the analysis of all the interested parties and the incorporation of risk management.

The Brugués certification supports the company's effort to work in an environment of organizational efficiency and to prioritize the requirements and expectations of its customers. According to Olga Otero, Quality Manager of Brugués, "the objective of this certification has been to implement a quality management system clearly focused on the client, in which all the members of the organization are involved and work in accordance with processes that guarantee the highest efficiency and performance".
