The Barcelona Chamber of Commerce recognizes BRUGUÉS its 75 years of existence

The Barcelona Chamber of Commerce recognized the 75 anniversary of BRUGUÉS in a ceremony held on October 28 at Casa Llotja de Mar.

The event sought recognition of 147 organizations that in 2015 held a relevant anniversary (50, 75, 100 and 200 years).

The Journalist Mari Pau Huguet opened the event and lead the entire celebration, framed within the Chamber Day.

Then, Miquel Valls i Maseda, the current President of the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce, welcomed the audience with a speech that emphasized the importance of the role of the enterprises of our country and also enhanced the necessary combination of tradition and innovation.

Later, the 147 companies were honored with a commemorative plaque. Representing BRUGUÉS, Raimon Brugués, the current CEO of the company, picked up the plaque.

The ceremony ended with the intervention of companies Cansaladeria Xarcuteria Estapé Mir (100 years) and Unión Suiza (175 years), and with a speech by Andreu Mas-Colell, the current Minister of Economy and Knowledge.

At the end of the ceremony a cocktail was offered to all attendees.
